Stem was going through the earring back at an angle and broke upon opening. Customer service was quick with the refund. But the earrings are too fragile for postage and I reckon for everyday wear too. Disappointed

I bought these as a gift for someone and as soon as they opened the packet to try them on, one earring snapped between the rod and the top of the earring. We decided not to order a replacement out of fear the same thing might happen again.
