Can you deliver overseas?

Yes we can - below is the list of countries we can deliver to. Charges for Europe are a flat fee of £6.50 and £10.50 for the Rest of the world.

Clothing jewellery and accessories are all fine to send overseas, but some larger homeware items and furniture wou dbe excluded. At checkout, you will see a message to inform you if it is not possible to deliver your selection overseas.

All eligible countries are detailed in a drop down box at the checkout.

Do I qualify for free delivery?

All orders to UK delivery addresses  are free on orders of £75 or more EXCLUDING orders for furniture items which are charged according to postcode and weight.

Do you deliver furniture?

Yes!

We deliver to almost every address on Mainland UK. The price is based on your postcode and the size of your item, which is automatically calculated when you enter your address in the checkout process:

Zone 1 - £20 - Central London 

Zone 2 - £30 - Most of England 

Zone 3 - £55 - Wales, most of Scotland, the tip of Cornwall, North of England

Zone 4 - £70 - Highlands of Scotland

- There is just one charge, no matter how many pieces you order.

- Any non-furniture items on your order will be sent separately via our normal delivery service

- Deliveries Monday - Friday. Our delivery company will contact you to arrange a suitable date. We aim to complete all deliveries within 5-12 working days.

- Our delivery driver will call one hour prior to delivery to confirm

- We deliver to a downstairs room of your choice or upstairs if the driver feels it is safe to do so.

- You will receive a receipt of safe delivery.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No - you just enter your delivery and payment details and we can process the order there and then.

If you choose to, you can save your details at the end of the checkout - this is highly recommended as it is a real time saver if you do place another order in the future!

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.00pm the same day the order is received.

On all standard deliveries please allow 3 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched on 1 day for express deliveries.

Orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following working day, please note that orders will not be despatched after 2.00pm on a Friday, over the weekend or bank holidays.

Can I send different items on my order to different addresses?

Yes you can.

You can send to as many different addresses as you like. The normal delivery charges apply for each delivery address you include

What if I am not at home when they deliver?

Firstly, we recommend you use an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery - for many people this will be a work address.

However, if you are out, the normal procedure is for the delivery man to leave a'"While You Were Out" card. You can then re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

How do I return Goods?

We are happy to refund or exchange any products returned to us in a fully resaleable condition.

You need to fill in the form on the back of your invoice including your order number, contact telephone number, the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Can I email my basket to a friend?

Yes you can! And you can send a message in case the hint is not clear enough....When you go to checkout, click on the "Email this to someone!" button near the top left of your order.

What is a "Wish List"?

Your "Wish List" is where you can keep a record of any item that you would like to buy.  You can send this list , so if you want to send a not-so-gentle reminder to a friend, you can do that, or just keep tabs on things you are thinking of buying for yourself, or perhaps as gifts for others.

To activate your Wish List, you will need to have set up an account - it only takes about 20 seconds, and will save you lots of time and hassle once its done, so highly recommended.

 

Paying For Your Order

You can pay by credit or debit card (we accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Mastercard, and Solo). We do not deduct any payment from you until we have despatched your goods to you.

Oliver Bonas gift vouchers are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed in any of our stores. Our website currently does not offer the facility whereby gift vouchers can be redeemed online.

Tell me about security

Your card details are safe and secure when ordering from Oliver Bonas online. It is our top priority to ensure that our customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times.

All transaction information passed between our systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any information sent to our servers are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Oliver Bonas can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Can I see my order history?

Yes you can - if you have registered with us, you can see your entire order history, manage all your addresses and contact details and preferences. Click on the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.

How many nationalities do you have working at OB?

Currently 40 nationalities are represented at OB, including Italian, Lithuanian, Spanish, Greek, French, Slovakian, Polish, Estonian, Swedish, Hungarian, Irish and Portuguese!

Is Oliver Bonas a real person?

Oliver Bonas was the name given to the business by the founder, Olly Tress. Olly is still very involved with the business, so in that sense, yes, he is very much a real person.....

Is it true you have won Awards?

Modesty aside, it is.

Our industry awards only started in 2004. We have been a finalist or winner every year since, and now have a total of 5 elegant statuettes proudly displayed in our offices.

Winning awards is a great morale booster for everyone at OB who work so hard to be the best. And a reminder too that we have to keep on innovating to stay at the vanguard of our industry. It also means a great night out for 20 of us, as the awards are announced at a black tie dinner in the West End.
