Most of our lovely stores are open but restrictions are changing regularly across the four nations of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Fitting Rooms
Our fitting rooms have reopened in all our stores in England, Scotland, and Wales; they are all regularly sanitised between use. Fitting Rooms in our stores in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland remain closed pending government guidance.
Shopping with current restrictions:
We are continuing to follow government guidance by entering into a phase of trading in a 'Covid Aware' way. We will still prioritise health and safety, team wellbeing and our brilliant customers - as we always do.
We will be making some changes to our current policies to reflect the updated ease of restrictions, but there are lots of measures that we will still continue to adhere to.
Sanitiser stations will remain in all our stores: you can spot them on a pink stand as you enter and leave the store.
Good hand hygiene practice to continue for all our team, including washing hands after breaks and between busy periods at the till.
Keeping well-ventilated will be prioritised around the store and in back of house areas by keeping non-essential doors and windows open.
Clear escalation of suspected or confirmed cases of Covid-19, to ensure that those individuals safely isolate for the entire period.
Our Safe Operating Procedure and Risk Assessment will continue to be updated and monitored regularly.
Social distancing will be maintained as much as possible, especially in small spaces within the store.

Contactless Delivery
Our courier partners are offering a minimal contact or contact-free delivery service at this time. Please check any tracking instructions you receive after your order has been shipped for further information view delivery info.
Our third party courier is now able to complete furniture deliveries to your room of choice, offer to remove packaging and complete the basic assembly of our products. For more information, please view our Help Centre article.
Warehouse & Web Dispatch
We have very strict social distancing procedures in our warehouse and web dispatch team. This is being personally overseen by our Director of Operations, supported by our Head of Facilities, Warehouse Manager and Web Fulfillment Manager.
In our warehouse and web dispatch teams, we are able to work at least 2 metres apart at all times. Our aisles are wide and our packing benches are far apart. We have also re-organised our workflow so that we are able to reduce the number of team members in any one area at any one time. We are of course following all Government guidelines on hand hygiene. Our team are able to wear gloves if they would like to and are also washing hands regularly throughout the day. All team members must wear face coverings.
