Returns and Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your Oliver Bonas purchase, but if you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 30 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later. Depending on your return method it can take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive back to us. Once processed your refund will then be credited within a further 3-5 working days depending on your bank or payment method. Return Options

Online Order Returns – Parcel Shop, Collection or Post Office


3-5 working days for parcels to arrive back to us and be processed then 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
Choice of Parcel Shop or post office drop-off or Evri collection.
Free returns for online orders using our returns portal. You will be taken through step-by-step instructions using your order number (numerical only) and email address. Click here for our returns portal.

Only one courier label will be created per return so please ensure that all items fit into one parcel.

Online Order Returns - OB Store


Our quickest returns method for online orders, items are processed straight away in store (excludes PayPal orders) and your refund will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
You can return most online orders to your local store for a full refund or exchange.
PayPal orders cannot be refunded in store.
Excludes furniture.
Proof of purchase is required, returns within 30 days.

Store Purchase Returns – Oliver Bonas Store


Our quickest returns method for in store purchases, items are processed straight away and your refund will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges available.
Proof of purchase required, returns within 30 days.

Store Purchase Returns – Parcel Shop, Collection or Drop Off


If you cannot get back to your local store you can return your store purchase to our warehouse.
Refunds will need to be processed over the phone once your order has been received, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange this.
It takes 3-5 working days for parcels to arrive back to us and then 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
Proof of purchase required, returns within 30 days.

Furniture Returns – Courier collection


Returns can be requested via our Customer Service Team.
Collections are booked in by our furniture couriers Monday to Friday.
Furniture must be returned in all original packaging, wrapped securely and arrive back in original condition.

International returns


Oliver Bonas is a UK-based company, so all returns will need to come back to our warehouse in the UK. Please check with your local post office or courier company for any customs forms needed or extra import taxes or fees that you may be liable to pay.
Customers in Ireland, France, Germany, Mainland Spain and the USA can use our free returns portal.
Customers in the rest of the world are responsible for any local postage costs associated with returns and orders should be sent back to –

Faulty Product Returns


If your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team with photos and proof of purchase.

When making a return please be aware of the following:


Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable.
For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery such as earrings purchased online can only be returned if unopened and still within sealed tamper-proof packaging. Earrings bought instore cannot be returned.
Cosmetics, face masks, face coverings and items for intimate use can only be returned to our stores or website if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker in place.

Returns Terms and Conditions


All items must be returned with a completed returns form and proof of purchase.
Delivery costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned or if an item is faulty or an order is incorrect.
For an item being returned in store, the cardholder who made the purchase must be present to ensure the refund can be processed.
