My husband loved this mug - the finish is lovely, the weight and shape feel very nice in your hand. Unfortunately, our cat who loves drinking tea out of mugs then pushing them onto the floor, smashed it within two weeks, and it's gone out of stock - very sad!

This is a lovely mug. The colours are beautiful and it's a lovely shape. It's a good size for a Dad that likes a big cup of coffee. My children gave it to their dad for his birthday. He was really happy because his last Oliver Bonas Papa mug was dropped accidentally the other day. The only criticism is that the handle space isn't quite as big as the last Papa mug you produced, so it's not quite as comfortable to hold.

I ordered two of these mugs on separate occasions, although the one to my home address was fine thank you, the other one which went to / or was supposed to of done I'm not entirely sure it did, as it should of been delivered to my father's address in Cumbria as you will see from my order if you check it because my father and I have become estranged, but I thought it would be a nice gift for him , anyway I had a photo sent to me via the courier/delivered people , and didn't realise AT the time, but on reflection and reviewing the photo again , it doesn't look like the shape of a package that a mug would fit into, like the one that was delivered to my address, this was a long and thin , and there would be no way you would get a mug to fit in it, so I wonder /suggest that you might do an investigation into this matter as I haven't had a thank you for it from my father, which is strange , I can't ask him because he's in a relationship with a woman who I don't get on with , and she's changed all phone numbers so I don't have anyway of knowing if he did get it or not, please help me to find out thankyou

Disappointed with the quality of this mug. Bought mugs from OB for years - beautiful craftsmanship with well valued prices. When I saw this mug, I was thrilled to gift it to my husband. However when the mug arrived I was saddened to see that the mugs quality was much lower than their standard (thinner and factory made vs handmade) with the markings of made on china Vs their usual made in Spain/Portugal markings. Would not recommended. I understand that costs have gone up but OB shouldn’t lose their quality standards as advocates will continue to purchase at higher rates.
