Description

  • The Jaimi Blue & Grey Stoneware Mug is a rounded shape, finished with blue and grey reactive glazes that give the colours a speckled look. When fired in the kiln the glazes react with the heat, giving each mug a unique finish. This mug is completed with a shiny gold round handle.

Although the mugs arrived quickly, the packaging was inadequate and 3 out of 4 of the mugs broke. Despite emailing and requesting a replacement, I have yet to receive a response. This is a bit disappointing, as it was a gift and I have never had a problem with Oliver Bonas before or the quality of their items/packaging (however this is the first time I ordered online). The mug which didn’t break is apparently of a good size and quality. I suspect the breakage was due to inadequate packaging as opposed to a quality issue with the mugs.
