These yoga cards are a great way to give you ideas of what yoga positions to do.I shuffle them and then lay them down on the floor in front of me to guide me through a session of yoga. Also you can pick specific poses to concentrate on an area e.g hip openers or stretches. I find that I’m lost when it’s up to me to think of a routine but these cards really help

These yoga poses cards are an excellent aide memoir and the pictures are beautifully drawn. I keep them on the coffee table as a useful item and a talking point when friends come round. I am a yoga practitioner and some of the poses were new to me - it was lovely to try them out - very clear pictures.

Great little box of cards with clear yoga poses. Good when you have a few minutes while waiting for the kettle to boil or something to come out of the oven - as you can pick one or two. You may want to sort into piles for floor and standing asanas to make it easier to find a suitable one or to put together a sequence .

Bought these for myself. Although the instructions are fairly basic, it allows you to be able to tailor your workouts if you would prefer to work harder/easier on the move. Good quality material cards and great variety of different exercises.
