1.DELIVERY
Orders under £75 will be charged £3.95 for postage
&
packaging.
FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER
£75*
Orders £75 and
over at the end of a transaction will receive free delivery.
NEXT
DAY & EXPRESS DELIVERIES * service available and
will be charged £7.50
We aim to deliver the next
working day if your order is placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday.
For orders placed after 1pm on Friday, during the weekend and bank
holidays, we aim to deliver within 2 working days.
(Please note that this service is not offered to orders outside
Mainland UK or the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Orders from
these areas will take up to 4 days to
arrive)
To avoid delays, please provide a contact telephone number and an
address where you can be sure that there will be someone available
to receive the delivery. (If no-one is available to receive your
order and it cannot fit through the letter box or left with a
neighbour you will be charged for re-delivery.
SAME-DAY DESPATCH *
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1.00pm on the
same day (subject to stock availability).
Please allow 3-5 days working days to receive your order
once it has been despatched on all standard deliveries and 1 day
for express deliveries
Orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following
working day, (please note that orders will not be despatched after
1.00pm on a Friday, over the weekend or bank holidays). If the item
is not in stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery to
destinations within the UK. It is our policy to despatch items
ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held
responsible for any delays or damages occurred while in
transit.
We will automatically despatch all approved orders to UK Mainland
addresses – England, Scotland and Wales. For all other
destinations, please contact us at orders@oliverbonas.com
. Please note that orders outside the UK can take up to 7
working days to be authorised.
For large items, we do reserve the right to alter these charges.
However, we will confirm charges prior to despatch should they be
different from the above.
No goods or postage and packaging will be charged to your credit
card until your goods have been despatched.
2. PAYMENT
You can either pay by credit or debit card
(we accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Mastercard, and Solo). We will not
deduct any payment from your credit or debit card until such time
as we despatch the Goods to you.
Oliver Bonas gift vouchers are valid indefinitely and can be
redeemed in any of our stores. Our website currently does not offer
the facility whereby gift vouchers can be redeemed online. However,
if there is something you would like to order from our website and
would like to redeem the gift vouchers you have, please contact us

.
3. RETURNS POLICY - Items purchased on
the website only
Thank you for shopping with us at Oliver Bonas.com. We hope you
LOVE your purchase but in case you want to return
it,
we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange on any of our items
returned unworn and in a saleable condition. Full policy details
are as follows:
- Jewellery can be refunded up to 7 days after purchase with a
receipt.
- Earrings, cosmetic products, hair and body accessories are non
refundable.
- All sale items are refundable within 7 days of purchase in its
original condition.
- We will happily exchange or refund any other item returned to us
within 28 days of purchase in its original
condition.
- This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right
to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
( Please note that the delivery charge is not refundable unless the
goods are declared faulty )
4. RETURNS PROCEDURE
Should you wish to
return anything purchased on our website, we will be happy to
refund or exchange a product* provided it is in a fully resaleable
condition and returned to us within the period outlined in our
Returns Policy above.

(We recommend that you get proof of postage
and include a note with your order number, contact
telephone number, the reason for return and whether you
would like a refund or a replacement).
Alternatively, if it's more convenient, you can return the
goods* to your local store. There, you will be able to exchange the
goods or get a credit note. If you prefer to have a refund, please
ask the staff member to send the products (with a note of your
order number, contact telephone number, the reason for
return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement) to the
Website. We will credit the appropriate amount back to your account
and will send you an email confirming this has been done for you on
receipt of the goods.
*For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings,
cosmetic products, hair and body accessories unless proven
faulty when purchased.
