We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.00pm on the same day (subject to stock availability): Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.

• UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3-5 working days)
• UK Next Day Delivery: £7.50 (for orders placed before 2.00pm)
• Europe Standard Delivery: £6.50 (7-10 days)
• The Rest Of The World: £10.50 (7-14 days)
• Furniture Delivered Nationwide (mainland only) from £20.00, dependent on post code. We aim to deliver within 5-12 working days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send us back the items in their original condition within the applicable return time period (see below).

We will then issue a full refund - excluding original delivery charge - on receipt, or exchange the item if you prefer.

• All items sold in a sealable bag are only returnable to the website provided the seal is still intact
• Jewellery can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of you receiving your goods
• Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of you receiving your goods
• All other items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of you receiving your goods
  
• You will receive up to £3.95 p&p on any web refunds
  
• All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed returns form which you will find on the reverse of your invoice
• We advise that all packages are sent on a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has been lost in transit. The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty
• In addition to our website returns policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 7 days to cancel their purchase
