All team members receive training both in the practical aspects of
working in a sales team within Oliver Bonas, as well as training in
major skill areas which are valuable in our working
environment.
Store Managers, the Support Office Team and Full Time Sales
Assistants salaries are paid according to our closely linked
appraisal and pay structure system. Store Managers and Full Time
Sales Assistants will also receive a commission based on the
performance of their store. We are keen to ensure that all of our
Store Managers and Sales Assistants progress through our
professional development system, which is closely linked to our pay
structure.
Part Time Sales Assistants are paid an hourly rate, which is
similarly linked to our professional development structure and is
as follows:
