received by 2.00pm on the same day (subject to stock
availability).

UK Standard Delivery (3-5
working days): £3.95.
UK Next Day Delivery: £7.50. For
orders placed before 2.00pm.
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, simply send us back the items in their original
condition within the applicable return time period (see
below).
We will then issue a full refund - excluding
original delivery charge - on receipt, or exchange the item if you
prefer.
- Jewellery refund - within 7 days of
purchase.
- All sale items refunded - within 7 days of
purchase.
- Any other item: within 28 days of
purchase.
Please note that In the interests of hygiene, we do
not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetic or hair
accessories unless proven faulty.
